How quickly is my order dispatched?+

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of receiving payment on business days. Delivery within the Netherlands takes 1–2 business days. EU deliveries take 3–7 business days via PostNL with Track & Trace.

How do I pay for my order?+

Nova Labs accepts payment via bank transfer. After placing your order you receive a SEPA QR code you can scan directly with your banking app (ING, ABN AMRO, Rabobank, bunq and others). Your order is processed once payment is received.

What is BPC-157 and what is it researched for?+

Can I return my order?+

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt (EU consumer law), provided the seal has not been broken. Contact us at info@novalabs-peptides.nl. Broken seals are excluded from the right of withdrawal due to the nature of the products.
