We ship from the Netherlands across Europe. Below you will find our full delivery terms.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the Netherlands takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. Delivery to other EU countries takes 3–7 business days.
Shipping Methods
We ship via PostNL with Track & Trace. After dispatch you will receive a tracking code by email. All packages are shipped discreetly with no indication of the contents on the outer packaging.
Shipping Costs
Shipping within the Netherlands: €5.95. Free shipping on orders over €150. International EU shipping: €12.95.
Customs & Import
For orders within the EU, no customs charges apply. NovaPeptide is not liable for any delays or costs caused by customs for deliveries outside the EU.
